Position Summary
Responsible for servicing and selling Grocery Items to retail accounts in the market area ensuring client standards are met and volume is increased.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manages time and priorities to schedule store visits.
  • Participates in store resets representing our clients.
  • Presents and maintains full distribution on existing approved SKUs.
  • Communicates effectively with customers and management.
  • Authorizes items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
  • Takes direction regarding tagging in, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf.
  • Builds rapport with clients and customers. Answers questions and proactively develops plans of action to resolve issues.
  • Completes accurate and timely reports including weekly recaps, Itineraries, expense reports, and web-based reports
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of full-time sales and/or merchandising work experience
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance
  • Access to high-speed internet (iPad provided)
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to fifty pounds
